HR and Administration Executive

General Description

THRS is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to fill the role of HR and Administration Manager. This pivotal position encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, from overseeing the end-to-end employee experience to efficiently managing administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will contribute to fostering a positive work environment and ensuring smooth organisational operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for end-to-end employee experience from onboarding to off-boarding.

Manage and implement all recruiting tasks.

Enlist job postings on forums that can source new candidates at the time of hiring.

Analyse and note down all job requirements and objectives before publishing the posting.

Update job descriptions and requirements, screen job applications and shortlist candidates.

Conduct interviews and tests of the applicants to filter them further and advance them to the next level relevant to their job posting.

Ensure the criteria for which the candidates are being tested are relevant to the job they have applied for.

Maintain employees’ records, administering benefits and support.

Manage office supplies and place orders as per stock.

Organise a filing system for important and confidential company documents.

Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments.

Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages).

Arrange travel and accommodation for the sales team and clients.

Schedule in-house and external events.

Collect all bills and prepare expense invoices.

Position Requisites:

Bachelor's degree with 2-3 years of work experience in HR operations, ideally in the Luxury Hospitality industry is preferred.

Excellent ability to conduct and administer various kinds of interviews and selection methods respectively.

Knowledge of skill assessment processes, applicant tracking systems, candidate management systems, and HR databases.

Good knowledge and experience in employment law and employee tax.

Hands-on experience with recruiting and sourcing candidates.

Excellent communication, people, and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and drafting skills, an eye for detail.

Thorough knowledge of all job descriptions being applied for along with the requirements and responsibilities that come with them.

Strong decision-making skills and a problem solving attitude.
